Delivery

Where do you ship to?
Free delivery applies to the British mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands (Postcodes G83, G84, IV, KW, PA, PH).
For this area and any international orders please email sales@grimshawsports.co.uk and we can provide you with a quote.

What are your delivery times?
An average of 3-7 days.  If an item is made to order then approximately 2-6 weeks.  Please don't hesitate to contact us to confirm your specific requirements.

Payments

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
Visa / Visa Debit / MasterCard / Maestro / Solo / American Express

How do I pay if I do not have a credit card?
Please contact us to arrange payment by cheque and your goods will be dispatched on cheque clearance.

Orders from educational establishments and local authorities are acceptable on a 28 day account basis on submission of an official signed order.

Products

Do you offer discounts?
If you are making multiple purchases then please contact us for a quote so we can work our our best price for you.

Where are your products made?
We are proud to say that the vast majority of our items are made in the UK.

I can not find the product I need?
Please contact us and we may be able to help you find a suitable product or fabricate something in-house.

Are individual parts available?
We do carry replacement parts for the majority of our products, please contact us for further information.

Will you always carry the same products?
Due to continuous product development we reserve the right to change specifications

Are sockets available separately?
Yes, all goal sockets whether football, rugby, tennis or netball are available to purchase separately.

Can I buy half sets?
Yes half sets can be purchased.

Can I return my item?  Please notify us within 14 days if you would like to return your purchase (does not apply to personalised items).

Do you install products / build courts?

Yes the Grimshaw Civil Engineering and Sports Construction Division works in Gloucestershire and the surrounding Counties.  Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
